THE INSTITUTE OF STATE, LAW AND DEMOCRACY OF TURKMENISTAN

A scientific and practical conference titled "The Role of Turkmenistan's Independence in the Socio-Economic and Political-Legal Development of Our Country" took place at the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan.

The main goal of this event is to provide a scientific rationale for the country's growing international prestige over the years of independence, the effectiveness of its neutrality policy, and the improvement of the national legislative system.

The conference opened with a large-scale plenary session featuring speeches by Heroes of Turkmenistan and prominent legal figures who shared their insights. Following the plenary part, the conference continued in breakout sections, discussing theses prepared by higher education institutions, law enforcement agencies, and sectoral administrative bodies.

During the sessions of the three thematic panels, participants analyzed the features of the national development of the state and legal systems, as well as the role of state programs and investments in the sustainable development of the national economy during the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State. Furthermore, under the theme "The National Model of Civil Society Formation During the Years of Independence," new results and proposals were put forward to determine the vectors for the country's further development.

Researchers from the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan also took an active part in the meeting. They delivered presentations on the development trends of statehood and law during the years of independence.
