THE INSTITUTE OF STATE, LAW AND DEMOCRACY OF TURKMENISTAN

In order to strengthen the state system for guaranteeing, ensuring, and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, as well as to step up cooperation with the United Nations and other international organizations, and to carry out activities to fulfill Turkmenistan's international human rights obligations on a systematic basis, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree. In accordance with the document, the National Action Plan on Human Rights in Turkmenistan for 2026–2030 was approved. 

Law enforcement agencies, ministries, sectoral departments of Turkmenistan, local executive authorities, and local self-government bodies are instructed to ensure the implementation of the measures provided for in the above-mentioned Plan.
