THE INSTITUTE OF STATE, LAW AND DEMOCRACY OF TURKMENISTAN

On September 26, 2026, a ceremony for presenting residence permits in Turkmenistan to foreign citizens living in our country was held in the conference hall of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan in accordance with the humane Decree signed by the esteemed President.

During the event, which embodied a wonderful example of humanism, the speakers noted that in independent and permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, care for people comes first and all conditions are created for citizens to live a free, peaceful, and prosperous life.
As noted during the ceremony, the humanitarian direction serves as one of the important components of our country's state policy.

In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan, man is recognized as the highest value of society and the state.
In this regard, based on our national legislation and international norms, extensive work is being carried out to protect and guarantee the rights, freedoms, and interests of all people residing in our country.

During the celebration of the glorious 35th anniversary of our Independent, eternally Neutral Fatherland, granting residence permits in Turkmenistan to 146 foreign citizens clearly testifies that noble humane work is consistently and successfully continued under the leadership of the esteemed President.

At the end of the event, the speakers wished Hero Arkadag and the esteemed President, who pursue a humane policy for the peaceful life of our people, sound health, longevity, and that their great undertakings for the benefit of the country and people continue to be crowned with success!
