ATTENTION, CONTEST!

In modern epoch, a consistent works are being carried out to improve the national legislation of our country.

For the purpose of disseminating to the general public about the significance of constitutional reforms, as well as the legal status of the permanent Neutrality of our state, the triumph of rights and freedoms of citizens in the existing laws of the country, as well as the norms enshrined in them, the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan jointly announce the contest of scientific articles "Creative labor and human rights" through the magazine "Democracy and Law".

Requirements for articles submitted for the contest

1. The scientific article is submitted in Turkmen, English or Russian.

2. A contestant submits only one article; an article has no more than two authors.

3. The size of the article in A4 format (210×297 mm) does not exceed 5 pages.

the name, surname (in full) and position of the author(s) with the alignment on the right, font size – 14;
the title of the article is aligned to the center, in normal bold type, font size – 16;
skip one line before writing the rest of the article;
the main content of the article is written in regular font, size - 14, aligned to the width. Line spacing is 1 (single);
page layout: top and bottom margin - 2.0 cm, indent on the left side - 3 cm, on the right - 1.5 cm;
References to sources are indicated in the text of the article by numbers in square brackets [1], [2], [3-5], etc. The list of references is placed after the short abstract of the article, before which the title REFERENCE is written.

4. The text of the article is written in Times New Roman font and is contained in a single file in the following form:

5. The article is accepted only in Word format (with doc and docx extensions).

6. After the submission of the article, the author's proposed changes and additions are not accepted.

7. The accepted article is not returned.

8. The article is considered in the institution of work (study) of the author and is sent by a letter signed by the head of the institution.

9. The contest begins on the day of its publication in print and runs through November 1, 2022.

10. The winners will be selected by a jury composed of representatives of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, scientists and political scientists, who will analyze the articles.

The results of the contest will be summed up and announced in December 2022 on the eve of the holidays of the International Day of Neutrality and International Human Rights Day, the winner of the 1st, the winner of the 2nd and the winner of the 3rd places will be awarded Certificates of Merit and gifts from the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan.
