The next issue of the quarterly scientific and practical journal "Democracy and Law", published by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, has been published. The publication, published in Turkmen, English and Russian languages, opens the text of the speech of the President of Turkmenistan at the international conference "Policy of peace and trust - the basis of international security, stability and development" held in Ashgabat on December 11, 2021.
In this issue of the magazine, readers were presented with articles by the head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Center in Ashgabat, Ambassador John McGregor, “Cooperation between the OSCE Center and the Government of Turkmenistan in the human dimension”, as well as the UNICEF representative in Turkmenistan Mohammad Fayazi “Turkmenistan and UNICEF: strong partnership to achieve results for every child”. The article "Neutrality - as the path to peace and cooperation" reflects the main directions of foreign policy pursued under the wise leadership of the esteemed President.
This issue also contains materials on the legislative foundations of the national legal framework: “Family protection guarantees under the legislation of Turkmenistan”, “Constitutional framework for the development of information legislation”, “Development of legislation on state ecological expertise”.
The publication concludes with an information collection of events "Chronicle", which provides an overview of meetings, seminars, meetings, including those held online, with the participation of representatives of international organizations.
