TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
On February 25, 2022 a meeting was held at the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan with Narine Sahakyan, the newly appointed Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Turkmenistan.
During the meeting the parties noted with satisfaction the partnership of the Institute of the State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan with the UNDP office in Turkmenistan. The UNDP's role in the implementation of Turkmenistan's National Action Plan on Human Rights for 2021-2025 was emphasized and joint activities were discussed.
The meeting also discussed the activities and objectives for 2022 between the Institute and UNDP Resident Office to implement the project document for 2021-2023 "Assisting Turkmenistan's National Human Rights Action Plan 2021-2025".
