ROUND TABLES ON THE RESULTS OF THE NATIONAL SURVEY

On August 15-16, 2022, as part of the implementation of the joint work plan "Supporting the strengthening of the system and mechanisms for promoting gender equality" for 2022 between the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Office in Turkmenistan in the city of Mary was a round table was held to present the results of the National Selective Survey “Health and Status of Women in the Family in Turkmenistan”.
The event was attended by representatives of the Mejlis Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, ministries, sectoral departments and public organizations.
Round tables on this topic will also be held: in the city of Dashoguz (August 18-19), in the city of Annau (August 22), in the city of Turkmenabat (August 24-25), in the city of Ashgabat (August 26), in the city of Balkanabat (August 29-30).
