TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
The latest issue of the quarterly scientific-practical journal "Democracy and Law" was published by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages. The publication begins with a speech of the President of Turkmenistan at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, on September 25 this year.
Among the publications of the journal, the article "General characteristics and features of the civil procedure Code of Turkmenistan" describes the trends in the development and adaptation of the Code to meet the requirements of time. The articles "Youth: Realization of the Right to Education" and "Realization of Children's rights in Turkmenistan" touch upon the themes of education and the full disclosure of the young generation’s potential, consider national programs aimed at ensuring the protection and promotion of children's rights.
In addition, in this issue of the journal, readers were presented with the articles “Harmonization of the legislation of Turkmenistan with international norms”, “Role of alternative sources in ensuring energy security”, “Ensuring the human and civil rights in Turkmenistan – Directive principles of state policy”.
The publication ends with an informational section "Chronicle", which highlights meetings, seminars, sessions, including those held online, with the participation of representatives of international organizations.
