TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
On November 4-5, 2021, in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, was held the XII International scientific-practical conference on Administrative Law "Evidence and proof in administrative law", organized by the Regional Program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) "Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asia".
The conference was attended by representatives of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, the Supreme court of Turkmenistan, the Ministry adalat of Turkmenistan and the Institute of state, law and democracy of Turkmenistan.
Director of the Institute of state, law and democracy of Turkmenistan spoke on the topic “Relevance and admissibility of evidence under the administrative legislation of Turkmenistan” and told the conference participants about the development of national administrative legislation.
