TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
23 on september 2022, the Dovlet Maslakhaty (State Council), dedicated to the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, was held in the capital, in the Rukhyet Palace under the chairmanship of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The agenda of the national forum, which has become a significant event in the life of the Fatherland, included summing up the results achieved over the past period, discussing priority tasks for the further comprehensive development of the country.
It is attended by members of the Government and the Milli Gengesh, heads of ministries and sectoral departments, political parties and public associations, khyakims of velayats, etraps and cities, as well as members of the Halk Maslahaty, numerous employees of institutions and enterprises, venerable elders, dear mothers, youth. It should also be noted that through a digital system, representatives of the Akhal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats velayat joined the national forum.
As the head of state emphasized, today, on the days of the solemn celebration of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, we are holding Dov-let Maslakhaty, the agenda of which includes topical issues of further increasing the dynamics of the country's development in the political, economic and socio-cultural aspect.
At the same time, it is necessary to determine a set of tasks aimed at consistently strengthening the democratic, legal and secular foundations of the Motherland, increasing its international authority, as well as considering the priorities of domestic and foreign policy, and making important decisions.
As the head of state further noted, in 2022 Turkmenistan entered a new era spanning the next decades. Through the large-scale reforms being implemented today, focused on strategic development, the foundation of the country's independence and neutrality is being systematically strengthened. Long-term, modern and ambitious tasks are being solved aimed at increasing the economic potential of the Motherland, employment and living standards of compatriots, and developing human capital.
Further, noting that every citizen of our country makes a worthy contribution to the achievements of the Motherland, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said that he had decided to award state awards to compatriots who distinguished themselves in labor in commemoration of the 31st anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, signing the relevant documents.
Having heartily congratulated the participants of the national forum and the people of the country on the approaching Holiday, the head of Turkmenistan wished everyone good health, a happy and prosperous life and great success in work.
