The speech by the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the Dovlet Maslakhaty, held on September 23 in Ashgabat, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan opens the issue of the journal that published in Turkmen, English and Russian.

The article “National and International Legal Aspects of the Development of Renewable Energy Sources in Turkmenistan” calls attention of readers to the key objectives of the foreign policy of the Motherland are the organization of economic and industrial activities at the national level through the establishment of international cooperation in the field of renewable energy sources and the study of world-wide best practices.
