The Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Turkmenistan have signed a Work Plan for 2025

On March 6, 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) office in Turkmenistan signed a 2025 Work Plan for the implementation of the Program for Turkmenistan for 2021-2025.

As it is known, UNICEF is a world leader in promoting and protecting children's rights in 190 countries, including Turkmenistan. Since 1994, the UNICEF office in Turkmenistan has been closely cooperating with the government of Turkmenistan in such areas as improving the well-being of the population, improving the quality of life and creating the necessary conditions for human development, as well as on issues related to protecting children's health and ensuring their access to quality education.

At the signing ceremony, the UNICEF representative in Turkmenistan, Ms. Jalpa Ratna, noted the fruitful cooperation with Turkmenistan in the fields of child health, nutrition, early childhood development, social protection and inclusive education.

During the ceremony, 11 documents were signed between the ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and UNICEF on cooperation in the fields of health, education, children's rights, mass media and other important areas.
