TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
On October 24, 2023, in the framework of the project “Assistance in the realization National Action Plan of Turkmenistan in the Area of Human Rights for 2021-2025” jointly implemented with the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Development Programme Office in Turkmenistan, a competition was held for students of the higher educational establishments of Turkmenistan.
The competition was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Vienna Declaration of Human Rights and Plan of Action.
In this competition students from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, International University for the Humanities and Development of Turkmenistan, Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as students from the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi were attended.
The jury of the contest consisted of representatives of the Ministries Turkmenistan, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of UNDP Office in Turkmenistan.
At the end of the competition, all winners were awarded with certificates and participants were awarded with memorable prizes.
