THE INSTITUTE OF STATE, LAW AND DEMOCRACY OF TURKMENISTAN
On April 30 - May 1, 2024, a conference was held to review the implementation at the national level of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the 4th World Conference on Women. The meeting was organized by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the Representative Office of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Turkmenistan.
The event was attended by representatives of ministries, State and public organizations that are members of the working group of the Interdepartmental Commission on ensuring compliance with Turkmenistan's international obligations in the field of human rights and international humanitarian law.
During the meeting, the work done to review the implementation at the national level of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the 4th World Conference on Women was discussed.
