ANNOUNCED THE RESULTS OF THE

In December 2025, the Center for Public Organizations held a conference entitled "Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality: Principles for the Implementation of Human Rights and Creative Work," dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and International Human Rights Day. The conference summarized the results of the "Creative Work and Human Rights" competition, organized by the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan jointly with the "Democracy and Law" magazine of the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan.

Representatives of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, professors and lecturers from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, employees of the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations, the media, and the winners of the "Creative Work and Human Rights" competition participated in the conference.

During the ceremony were announced the competition results.  As is known, in early 2025, was announced the "Creative Work and Human Rights" competition in the Institute's journal and on its website. Numerous articles were submitted by specialists from educational and scientific institutions, as well as law enforcement agencies. The best articles were published in the "Democracy and Law" journal. The jury selected the best articles from among the submitted articles.

 

 

 

Based on the jury's results, the winners were:

1st place – article "Legislative Framework for the Development of a Green Economy" by Govher Hydyrova, prosecutor of the Ashgabat City Prosecutor's Office;

2nd place – article "Peace and Trust: Important Principles of Educational Work" by Gulshirin Hanova, lecturer at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan;

2nd place – article "Harmonization of Turkmenistan's Sports Legislation with International Standards" by Serdar Badayev, chief specialist of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports;

3rd place – article "The Importance of the Ombudsman's Activities in Protecting Human and Civil Rights" by Durli Ballyyev, Senior Lecturer at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;

3rd place – article "The Importance of Digital Technologies in the Implementation of Property Rights" by Myrat Kulyyev, Research Fellow at the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan.

The winners received certificates of honor and valuable gifts from the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan.
