DAYS OF GERMAN LAW

On June 5-9, 2023, was held the course "Days of German Law" organized by with the support of the Regional Program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) "Promotion of rule of law in Central Asia" and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The course was held in a hybrid format in Russian on the basis of the Kazakhstan Humanitarian Law University (KAZGUI).

The online course was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan, the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development.

The course included interesting presentations in terms of science and practice on the constitutional, administrative, civil, contractual, business law of Germany, the rule of law, the impact of digital technologies on the development of legislation and a number of other topics. Course participants will be awarded certificates of course completion.
