Training seminars for civil servants from Central Asian countries are being held in Beijing.

Short-term training seminars are being held in Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China, from October 10th to 30th. These seminars focus on improving skills essential for public administration, addressing important challenges, and modern administrative methods. Representatives from the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan are participating.

The main participants in the short-term courses are civil servants, including specialists from local governments, representatives of legislative bodies, the public sector (universities, cultural organizations, etc.), and representatives of the public sector of the economy.

These training seminars include extensive lectures and workshops covering topics such as the structure and functions of government bodies, principles of public service, self-improvement, effective time management, emotional intelligence, business ethics, digitalization and artificial intelligence, sustainable development of city administrations, public speaking skills, and international protocol. In addition to theoretical classes, practical training sessions and roundtable discussions are also included.
