MEETING OF THE WORKING GROUP ON THE PREPARATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL COMMENTS TO THE CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE OF TURKMENISTAN WAS HELD

On October 19, 2023, within the frame-work of the Regional Program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) “Promotion of rule of law in Central Asia”, a meeting of the Working Group on the preparation of scientific and practical comments to the Civil Procedure Code of Turkmenistan was held at the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the working group on the preparation of scientific and practical comments, as well as international experts.

Scientific and practical comments to the Civil Procedure Code of Turkmenistan are being prepared jointly with international experts and will be useful for mastering the theoretical and practical foundations of the code.

The comments are intended for judges, prosecutor’s, lawyers, specialists in legal services, students and teachers of higher education institutions law and economics and other readers.
