TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
On 18 September of the year, a scientific and practical conference entitled “Independence - wings of great achievements” was held in the conference hall of the Adalat Palace of Turkmenistan at the “Treasure trove of the mind of Magtymguly Fragi”, jointly organized by the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan. The forum was attended with great enthusiasm by a judge of judicial bodies, court staff, and representatives of scientific institutions and students of higher educational institutions of the country.
The conference covered the directions of development of the national legal system of the country as a result of Turkmenistan's independence, legislation on the courts of Turkmenistan, and improvement of judicial activity.
Speakers at the conference emphasized that in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, our country has achieved great successes as a result of great initiatives aimed at strengthening our independence, the original values of our people such as humanism, statehood, equality and justice are being multiplied, and national spirituality is gaining more and more creative development. The speakers also emphasized that during the 33-year historical period of great independence, a solid foundation has been laid for a democratic, legal and secular state in which the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens are steadfastly respected.
