TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
The scientific and practical conference with the title "The Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan - a bright path to peaceful life" was held on May 14 of this year, jointly organized by the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the occasion of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, was very effective. The conference was attended by representatives of structural units of international organizations in our country, judges, court officials, researchers, as well as professors, teachers, and students of higher educational institutions.
As the speakers at the conference noted, national holidays celebrated in unity and inspiration enhance the glory of our progressive state and the honor of our hardworking compatriots, reflecting progress. Among the national holidays, we are proud of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Day of the National Flag, which guarantee the sovereignty and human rights of the country. Celebrating the holiday at the state level invigorates the inspiration of our nation and strengthens the sense of patriotism of the younger generation. Festive events dedicated to the Constitution and the State Flag, which embody the main symbols of statehood and celebrate the Independence and permanent Neutrality of our country, lift the spirits of all citizens.
This holiday reflects the history of complementary eras and the inextricable spiritual connection of generations. Uniting the wise views of the Turkmen people, their national heritage, culture and spiritual world, it inspires our country to great goals. Its principles oblige each of us to strictly fulfill the requirements of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, respect state symbols and protect them as much as possible.
At the end of the conference, the speakers expressed their deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
