THE RESULTS OF THE CONTEST "CREATIVE WORK AND HUMAN RIGHTS" HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED

THE RESULTS OF THE CONTEST

On 7 December 2024, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a festive song and music conference entitled “Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality: the basis for economic and political development” to mark the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's attainment of the status of permanent neutrality and International Human Rights Day. The forum was dedicated to the results of the “Creative work and human rights” contest announced by the National Trade Union Centre of Turkmenistan in conjunction with the Democracy and Law magazine of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan.

The conference was attended by the teaching staff and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, staff of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations of the country, the media, winners of the contest "Creative work and human Rights".

During festive event, the results of the contests were announced. The competition received numerous articles from specialists of educational and scientific institutions, law enforcement agencies of the country. The best of the articles were published in the magazine "Democracy and Law". The jury selected the best articles from the theoretical and practical points of view from the number of submitted articles.

In accordance with the results summed up by the jury members, the following articles were declared the winners of the competition and awarded prizes:

1st place – article “Role of the franchise agreement in entrepreneurship” by Arslan Mammedov, Chief Consultant, Ombudsman Office;

2nd place – article “Development of the Constitution and legal system of Turkmenistan” by Ashyrgeldi Djumayev, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, PhD in Law, Dilber Shailyeva, postgraduate student of the Constitutional Law Department;

2nd place – article “Digital economy and innovative development” by Yunus Muhammedov, Researcher, Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan;

3rd place – article “Magtymguly Fragi – the forerunner of turkmen people’s diplomacy” by Ashyraly Nazarov, Second Secretary of the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (city of Кazan);

 

3rd place – article “The Caspian Sea is a sea of peace and frendship” by Gulshirin Charykulyeva, chief specialist of Institute of the Caspian Sea of Turkmenistan.

The winners were awarded honorary certificates and valuable gifts from the National Trade Union Center of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan.
