TÜRKMENISTANYŇ DÖWLET, HUKUK WE DEMOKRATIÝA INSTITUTY
On September 20, 2023, the Adalat Palace hosted an online scientific and practical conference “Independence of Turkmenistan is an inviolable stronghold of the powerful state”, organized jointly by the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.
The forum was attended by deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, employees of the judiciary, the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, media representatives, teaching staff and students of higher educational institutions.
The scientific and practical conference participants addressed the meeting on the ways of development over the years of independence of the national legal system, in particular, legislation on courts, the role of the digital economy in the public administration system, on the organization of work to prevent crime and on the main vectors for the development of international cooperation with the states of Central Asia.
